To add a plug-in for Photoshop, it is sufficient to provide a path to a folder on your disk.
Edit> Preferences> Plugins
window opens, which give the location of the folder
the main window, select the bird additional plug-ins folder, clicking on the button and select OK
Running plugins
go to the Filter menu and bottom of the list should have seen all the plugs.

us choose an interesting plug from the list by clicking mouse on it, run it and use the available settings and options.
Note
plug is exactly the same in Corel Paint Shop Pro modules. Adding it as a plug-in for Photosop Just that we give the path to the same modules as in Corel PSP.
